It's been a great experience working big accounts. Very competitive to find new leads with BDRs not able to work them with reps and other reps nurturing leads for years.

Horrible. Less than 10% of reps hitting quota. Astronomical pressure to meet "monthly" quotas makes it really transactional. It's more about excess discounting to get a deal done than it is value. Micromanagement of KPIs is off the charts. Leaders lead with fear. This is a company of B/C players.

Benefits are fantastic. Unlimited PTO, sick time, paid parental leave, and a bunch of other options. Pay is decent, but about 20% less than the market rate for an organization this size. Commissions are paid out from a pool based on the performance of the entire region/division. OTE is $210k, but most reps in this role end up in the $185-$190k neighborhood. Training...Read More

Definitely has lofty quota goals for SDR role. Have to have good relationship with AEs you are working with as well.
