Current Employee3.9Jun 27, 2025Targets keep increasing 30% every year with a smaller territory. Lot of new reps joined over last 12 months and lot of new sales policy came in effect. I doubt even 20% will hit target next year. I foresee lot of experienced and good sales rep leaving in next 12 months. Already lot of experienced AMs left in last 12 months due to too many changes.

Current Employee4.3Jun 3, 2025I destroyed my number, but many people do not. The role is heavy outbound, and is in a competitive sales org. Gotta be up early to get new executives on LinkedIn, funding, etc… very rewarding if you’re committed to doing it, but far from a cake walk.
