I do think the targets are a bit unrealistic and it can be a bit frat boy type. I also think that sometimes the managers could try to develop us more rather than just try to hype us to get to our number.

Former Employee3.3Jul 31, 2023I had 5 managers over the course of a year, very high turnover in leadership and BDR/AE/AMO roles. I had a team of 12 and only 2 people hit quota consistently. Do not recommend. (also you can ask but they will never tell BDRs that if you don't have high enough quota attainment they just fire you, beware)
