Great product in the market with good training and sales development. Top performers make a ton of money, but quotas are difficult to hit. Performance is largely based off prospecting, finding your own accounts and breaking in. If you can get in front of the right accounts, you can access the aggressive accelerators and make 3-4x your base salary.

Solid. Strong leadership and overall good product market fit. One of the biggest challenges is the saturation of the market. Reps have been sitting on leads for years and it makes it challenging for new reps to build a less list.

For SCs, comp is middling, upper management lacks transparency, and there are not clear incentives to grow your career here. Product is good but aging quickly. Many SCs coast while others work harder, which detracts from team based commission structure. That said, collaboration overall is pretty high, and you will meet and work with some excellent people.
