Current Employee Unnecessarily competitive and vague promotion process for a salary way below market standard. SDR pay is fine but the emerging AE salary and OTE is abysmal especially for how hard it is.
Only pro is office environment, working with 100+ fresh out of college grads is a lot of fun. Wouldn’t recommend this role to anymore more than 1-2 years out of school.
However, promotions are constantly pushed backwards and requirements changed. You can score high on the interview for the position and not get chosen if your “brand” isn’t strong enough.
Definitely a place you can pour everything you have into and not see any returns.
