No one is hitting upsell quota which is what the comp plan is primarily based on. Exec leadership has changed the rules on how we can sell to benefit the company without adjusting the comp plan to align which means no one is making money. 50% YTD is the norm

My overall experience was decent. NetSuite offers an amazing resume booster with a potential to make a decent chunk of money as a young professional. The tricky part is only a small percentage find success and if you aren't part of that 10% you will be pushed out within your first 6-12 months.

SDR 10 week program It's okay, definitely "what have you done for me" culture. Most AEs are dicks to the SDRs. Big company, great resume booster, real sales ground to prove yourself.
