Overall I loved my time at New Relic, the culture there really was second to none. Sadly, the key words in my last sentence are “loved” and “was” The company has changed a lot since then and is struggling for relevancy

Working at New Relic has had its ups and downs so far. The company is at a unique period having recently gone private. Changes are constantly happening to the pricing model/billing structure and the new plans can be hard for customers to understand. This causes some friction in renewals and expansion conversations.
