Overall a good experience working for New Relic. A good product with a good reputation. The organisation did change after going private and leadership seemed confused about direction and morale did suffer and there was significant staff attrition.

The overall experience at New Relic at the time I was there was good. My direct leadership was great. Above VP level was poor and inconsistent.
