Former Employee It has been a rollercoaster, started out on a high but culture quickly took a hit after they pushed the founder out for being a conservative Christian... he remained somewhat involved in the background but short term vision around being sold off quickly eroded company culture and customer trust. Leadership changes have been more for marketing to resell than good fits in reality, shiny from the outside looking in but that's not indicative of the truth. I left because it got pretty volatile, was hitting my numbers but didn't feel like the company was making the right long term choices. Honestly a lot of short sited change to try and fluff the revenue dollars, taking advantage of customers etc.
I've heard it has gotten a little "better" since I left but time will tell.
