Once a company with decent culture, is no more. Lack of true investment in rep success is limiting the success of the sales org, while leadership hitches their carriage to top performing reps. Management with a skilled approach to leadership ends up leaving soon after, so retention being poor leads to an environment with limited consistency. Lack of growth is due to limiting ability to grow.
