As soon as I hit the sales floor I know I had been lied to during the interview process. The 2 week training was fun and easy and I thought okay this is going to be good but I was wrong. They basically only prospect closed lost opportunities from every segment and every lead had already been dialed 5-10 times but other reps. You can hear the frustration from clients....Read More

Nextiva is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Literally DRUNK AT THE WHEEL... Don't ever work here unless you have nowhere else to go... and don't get comfortable... they only focus on ways to pay LESS to their employees. NRR comp plan which is for shady companies that want their poor product, poor support and not market fit churn to be your fault... and so they can pay you less.Read More
