Here for a long time, had some ups, downs, good quarters, bad quarters, mostly good managers, but most recent manager took the team downhill. FLMs should motivate and lead from the front, not dump people when they come in thinking they know everything.

Good benefits. Mixed bag of great sellers and out-of-touch leadership, especially given the quarterly product strategy and messaging shifts (siesta anyone?). Lot's of interdepartmental angst. Quota attainment is minimal. At the end of the day, OneTrust is not a place for strategic sellers to make real money.
