Current Employee Not a great experience
Targets were increased significantly but they did that more than half way through the qtr making it impossible to hit and basically halving my pay.
The morale in the London office is low. The London office Sales team, in particular, has a lot of unhappy people.
Lots of changes in the corporate strategy which normally is never a problem but most recently it has meant a lot of very talented people being made redundant or pushed out. have been promising increases in pay and merit base increase. a shockingly small number of people got a merit based increase and even then it was between 2 and 5%. Current Employee Definitely not a sales culture, and quota attainment can be tough.
