I've been with OpenText almost 15 years. Obviously I wouldn't have stayed this long if there was not good opportunities and they were an above average option in most dimensions. Like many firms, upward mobility becomes limited the further up the org chart you are. We do have a leadership culture that prefers the USA vs other country locations. Culturally, sales is more oriented to direct than to channel/partners. Our current CRO is extremely focused on professional development and supporting our quota carriers.
