I’ve never quite experienced an environment like this. Marketing is completely ineffective, the company has a poor relationship with channel partners, renewal price hikes are so steep as to cause animosity with the clients, and management seems to not understand what’s really going on at the field level, preferring to just blame reps for poor sales traction instead of actually investigating the structural problems and eliminating obstacles. This is like a massive bureaucracy where everyone praises the emperor’s new clothes instead of having candid conversations about how to improve. Candor will cost you your job.
