Current Employee This company does a really good job of catering to this modern ideology of DEI. But in the end, the ELT does not actually care about its people whatsoever. No matter how much you produce or how unfair an outcome of a situation may be, they always make the decision that is in the best interest of the company's bottom line. Even if the end result is that "top talent" walks right out the door. Decisions are required to be made at such a high level that no one below the ELT can actually make a meaningful impact on the business.
