Current Employee3.0May 18, 2024Sales organization has great leadership and some talented AEs. The SDR org is ran under marketing which causes constant issues and misalignment. Leadership is okay but they have troubles hiring and retaining people and the rules are always changing. The only way you have real career growth here is if you’re a top 1-3 SDR.
