Sinking ship, awful churn issue. They just laid of 9% of the workforce today. Ent new logo team is all gone. No one hits quota here. CEO went to the “board” new ceo has no clue what he’s doing. Tons of leadership changes. We lose every deal to Gong. Outreach is overpriced so every deal is a race to the bottom. No customers leverage our forecast tool no alignment with sales leaders only looked at as an sdr tool. Every customer wants to churn or contract. Platform has encounter loads of issues daily. Good luck to anyone considering this dump.

High ELT attrition, RIFs and restructures galore.
