Overall product is great. Marketing has hurt the org because no one knows what the possibilities are. New CRO is good, and gives me hope things can turn around. But culture is horrible, layoffs and restructures for no reasons, they prioritize meaningless kpi’s in a way that creates fake opps or we get hounded. Basically feels like a freshman team leading org, not a professional varsity tenured team.

Overall bad place to work. Terrible senior leadership blind to the problems in the field. Runs very much like an SMB shop and little understanding of Enterprise. All of the good people in leadership have left
