Culture / success very much dependent on your team. Commercial and mid market is supported and celebrated; enterprise and strategic, while expected to carry the business, is not provided the resources to run a true ent / strat selling motion. This is driven by a mix of leadership with mostly down market experience; lack of budget and resources; and a drive to leverage their own tool, resulting in activity micromanagement and reps being measured like BDRs.

Q2 EOQ was rough after we increased our ARR minimum to $10k and seat minimum to 5-7 seats.
