I actually can't believe what an awful company Outreach is - just look at the number of leaders who've cycled through. They've now promoted a product dude to CEO and an Ops guy as CRO. They are the least charismatic people and I can't imagine them being able to win over strategic customers. This is a sinking ship - avoid at all costs. Oh and we lose every competitive deal to Gong.

The business is struggling and the culture and leadership quality has suffered as a result. Lots of RiF's across all departments.
