Start with the positives, good product with a recent upgrade to driving more product development on a quarterly basis that's helping to differentiate them from the crowded space. The challenges, constant changes, with go-to-market strategies, territories, comp, selling processes, leadership etc. A series of bad leadership hires has really set them back.

Started out as a great experience with potential for growth, but in the past year there have been multiple rifs and the SDR is a dead end due to hiring freeze. No room for advancement for the foreseeable future. Morale is low.
