Change is the only constant. Quotas and compensation are a moving target and only communicated halfway through each quarter. Finance and sales are not aligned on goals. Culture could be seen as toxic and finger pointing/playing the blame game is not discouraged.

tough sell extremly competitive space. Can hit target but have to manage customers that might not be willing to talk to you
