They are trying to make changes. What really needs to change is our top two executives. Our CEO and CFO need to go. The employees have lost faith in them. Amazing product, amazing people but who in their right mind during a recession put the type of growth plans they had together… criminal.

The most toxic and laziest sales org I've ever worked for - not only are most of the leaders inexperienced but so are the reps too. The best people already left and it's just getting worse. Totally commodified product and marketplace. CEO is one of the most toxic individuals I've ever met and should have been kicked out over a year ago.
