Current Employee4.7Sep 12, 2025Great company and people. Great opportunities for growth. They care about your success.
Current Employee3.1Jun 22, 2023No chance for promotion, no way to hit quota... Basically not somewhere you want to work unless the economy is booming. They expanded so much during covid and have goals based on demand from 2021. It's a great product and a good culture, and for other teams it's a great place to work, but the sales org is disposable to them, unfortunately.

Current Employee2.4Aug 1, 2024Really immature organization, most leaders have only worked at PandaDoc. Not a sales focused company, founders don't innovate and lack the ability to grow the company. Job is mostly non-sales related, best part is you can work worldwide and get 28 days of PTO.

Current Employee2.3Dec 14, 2023Quotas are set at a level where managers are never hitting goal (80% is feasible), and ICs expect to hit between 70-80% ideally. Not a healthy comp setup for the org right now and no signs of changing it.
