Current Employee2.1Jul 31, 2025The OTE is not very attainable for most reps. The top 5% do very well, while everyone else makes mediocre money and they pay based on yearly Quota. So if you have one bad month it makes it very hard to catch up and make money the rest of the year.

And we made dials to. Just great -it changed so much, all the BDRs are now in India and they’re being paid cheap. The base is terrible, comp plan always changing.
