Man where do I start. I’ve been here for 5+ years. It was amazing at one point, we had CPAs, current clients and inbounds coming in. Plus we had BDR making dials for us. And we made dials to. Just great -it changed so much, all the BDRs are now in India and they’re being paid cheap. The base is terrible, comp plan always changing. NOW THEY HAVE US COLD CALLING ON Saturday’s. Customer service is terrible, clients are leaving quickly. And accountants do not want to work with us. The territories are PACKED with reps. They also have an internal hub which cold calls businesses and a strategic team that cold call vertical markets, AND another internal team who’s cold calling CPAs. Just too much, and isn’t worth it. Do it if you want to break into SAAS. Do not do it if you’re a seasoned professional

Experience was overall good. Company is definitely well known with customers. I would say most of the drawbacks came from the fact I was on a brand new team with a brand new structure. My direct manager didn’t have much industry experience. All that being said, some people were successful and it was absolutely possible to thrive given the right resources. Excellent...Read More
