They don’t care about Senior Leadership & will eliminate your position or demote you. You will be treated as just a number and speak to you poorly.

Very negative. It’s all about unrealistic KPI’s and micromanaging that distracts you from the real goal of selling. Everyone including upper leadership outwardly expressed fear of losing their jobs. The prospects have been hit 1000x each already and often hang up on you. Compensation is low compared to other similar companies. Do not recommend.
