Great coworkers and people. Unfortunately service roles and management have relatively high turnover. Dealing with a lot of clients who dislike Paychex. Outside of this quotas are fair, teams are tight and you have a great opportunity to earn good bonuses with accelerators.

Experience was overall good. Company is definitely well known with customers. I would say most of the drawbacks came from the fact I was on a brand new team with a brand new structure. Managment is a mess, service is even worse. Clients get on board and no one can help them.
