Company has grown too big and is solely focused on sales metrics to satisfy shareholders. The SMB service is literally terrible and I have clients leaving left and right due to lack of service, which in turn affects future referrals and sales from COIs.

My experience here has been interesting. I am in a PEO outside the base role. The base pay is decent and if you can continually close deals you can make a lot of money. Not the best not the worst. Came from ADP - culture here is worse, tech is fine, internal communications and tools is atrocious. Constant chicken w its head cut off feeling for not the best pay
