Current Employee In my experience, the company appears to be navigating a challenging phase, with organizational stability feeling uncertain. Frequent managerial changes at the lower and middle levels have led to disruptions in team continuity, and the current “accountability” practices sometimes come across as more box-checking than genuine support. New representatives may not always receive a clear and consistent outlook on their territories, especially given frequent revisions to the commission structure, which can create confusion and uncertainty. As a result, it seems that only a small portion of the sales team regularly meets quota. Additionally, there is a perception that management support could be more proactive, leading some employees to feel they must focus on individual success rather than broader team objectives.
