This is a small business role with high activity and low accounts in your territory.
You will be held accountable for activity metrics on holidays, and if you take any pto or sick leave.
Some sales orgs you feel like a number on an excel, here you are reminded of it everyday.
You will receive 0 help from your manager as the responsibility for everything falls on you. Management reminds you consistently of “personal responsibility”.
You will have to micromanage yourself. So daily/hourly check ins to your manager.
The software is last out of all the big players.
