I was a high performing AE from my previous two companies and this nearly killed my sales career. Strictly new business - barely any inbounds. Too many reps for the territory. You won’t make money here.

It was somewhat stressful, but overall not too bad. If the base salary and comms were higher I would've loved it.... I was in a good team, but the job was stressful. Everybody was toxic lol.

Poor leadership and support. The internal errors are insane and make it impossible to onboard a prospect. The comp structure doesn't make it worth the time effort and headaches.

My overall experience was poor. Micromanagement to it's core. Very outdated technology and no sales tools.
