Current Employee Great experience overall. The people were great. Tons of collaboration and great management. Resources are difficult to find at times so you have to be very resourceful. Product can sell it self sometimes as the needs of the client fit right into it. Clients trust the Paychex company as a whole so there is never hesitation when dealing with current client. When you work hard in this role you see the results as things are not going to be given to you and the lead channels aren't very strong. It's important to note that some of the sales hubs are newer so even the manager and leadership as learning as they go. Someone who has prior experience in this industry would do great with the right attitude and ability to learn the skillset.
