Leadership is now mostly ex ADP that are unable to think any different that what smb ADP taught them. Micromanage and inability to know how to scale and segment.

Very good resources and training. The teams are a mess though. No one is hitting quota. They micromanaged the ever living crap out of you. Too many meetings and the move the goalposts all the time. Honestly, the pay is good, the product is ok, I left because the leadership is crazy

SMB is an afterthought for marketing/demand generation and with upper leadership in general. Opportunities for advancement inside the SMB space are political appointments, with an absurd preference for former ADP talent.
