Current Employee A leader in the industry for product, but the leadership and culture is underwhelming. It feels like they watched Boiler Room too many times and think yelling curse words at the end of a meeting is motivating. The product is great, the customer service is average, and compensation is OK. Based on the average deal size you need 1-2 deals a month average just to hit plan but you're not making a killing on your W2 at that, so you have to shoot for 4-5x plan to make a good income. They are good at offering upwards mobility to those who show they can do it at a high level. The problem is the culture is not one where I'd label the company for a career you enjoy, but just one of grinding for a W2.
