Current Employee3.3Sep 20, 2024Overall Paycor has a great software, but the Major Market role has a lot of turnover. Coming from a competitor, your are equip with more tools, but also asked to do a lot. Leadership micromanagement is at a really high level. And some policies do not tailor to new hire success.
