HCM is a saturated market without much differentiation. So just know that going in. Comp is good. It seems to be moving in the right direction after the acquisition. The teams can be silo’d and communicate better for sure. My direct leadership needs improvement. Overall, not too bad so far.

Huge amounts of turnover in this position. 20% of my team hit quota in this fiscal, but maybe only 5% wil hit quota in the region. Inbound leads are mostly garbage.
