Another person said the culture is deteriorating rapidly/resignations are high - anything going on that's impacting the company?

With the over-hiring reps are fighting each other for revenue. Leadership is constantly hounding reps on a weekly basis to forecast revenue out of thin air. The money isn’t great if you’re selling under $400k/year, hence why reps last 18 months then jump ship for a higher base.

ADP infection. Every person they hire is from ADP.

They’ve mad very bad hires at the sales executive level. They over saturated the market with reps, and now everyone is missing quota and sales kickoff is cancelled. Everything is virtual. Clubs are now at the Marriott… and as an org we missed our number by millions last year, and will do so again.

Awful hires from the sales exec level. Terrible leaders and culture fits. Overstaffed on a rep level by about 300 reps. You cannot be successful here as a new rep. Avoid at all costs

Several bad hires at the executive level in sales made it difficult to be successful here. Constant slashing of territory to meet 40% headcount goals has buried them. Missed number this year and are on pace to do so this year. No more kickoff. Club went from 4 seasons to marriott w less qualifiers.

Could not agree more.  They have created a HORRIBLE culture now.  The stuff that reps who know the system get away with is actually despicable.
