Shouldn’t be allowed to answer this question if you’ve worked here less than 5 years and are still drinking to Kool Aid. Culture is awful, it’s all ADP execs (Scutt Buddies) in Majors and Enterprise is a Trainwreck.

Team culture can be great, dependent on team. Overall culture is dead.

Culture here is dead. 
Used to be great, but they made a ton of outside hires from ADP for executives and they killed the culture. 
-Club went from the 4 seasons to the Marriott.
-Sales kickoffs are now virtual ( and brutal….. sitting in front of a screen for 72 hours with no interaction.).

Promotions are about 50/50 from within vs. outside hire. My region has never had a VP, and my team has never had a director, who wasn’t promoted from within.

Culture is 100% dependent on the team you’re on. Ask the director and reps (multiple) for feedback on this.

Having worked for multiple HCM companies (4 years and counting at Paylocity), I can say the culture here is amazing. It is heavily dependent on your direct report, but I lucked out and have an awesome Director. Promos are about 50/50. The “ADP bros” here are non-existent.

Remote culture is great! Directors treat AE’s with respect and do not baby sit. Overall culture and employee experience has decreased a bit since the leadership changes in past yrs but is still much better than competitors and other organizations out there. The overall employee experience is great

Having worked for multiple HCM companies, I can confidently say this place has the best culture of the ones I’ve been at. To the person who mentioned ADP hires killed the culture, you must’ve had a different experience than I have. The ADP hires are not typical ADP bro culture, those are at Paycor.
