Great company, but tough industry. Lots of competitors in the market, and prospects are afraid of implementing a new payroll & HR system.

Great people, great leadership, but really terrible lead flow. Also my territory is half the recommend size for a rep and given the lack of excitement about Paylocity where I am, getting into new logo accounts is very difficult here.
