It can be difficult to attain quota when you first start because you have to network a ton so that you can build partner relationships. Those partners refer you business. There is almost 0 inbound. The company culture and leadership is fantastic though and they compensate very well.

So far so good. Only downfall is no leads. I’ve had 1 that made it to proposal so far, but that’s pretty typical for the industry.

Great training, great leadership, great culture. Like any other org, there are bad managers but not as many as I’ve seen at previous roles. Product is competitive in the space. YoY revenue growth is slowing in 2025, but still solid.
