Current Employee The culture has completely fallen apart. Toxic leadership, nonstop PIPs, and constant fear of being replaced. Sales is a revolving door and service is drowning from turnover. They talk about being “people-first,” but that died years ago. Employees are treated like numbers, not humans. Most good people I knew have left or are trying to. If you care about your sanity or growth, stay far away.
