Current Employee4.3Jun 12, 2025It’s a good company. Base is low, and the comp structure is great for grandfathered employees on the old plan, and still very good for newer reps. We have a ton of reps, so territories have shrunk. However, we are one of the top in the mid market, and deals have gotten bigger, so you can get by with less dirt.
