Been here 9+ months in Majors. Lead flow is abysmal, and doing hundreds of outbound dials / emails per week. Some AEs will be fine, but those are well-connected partner, broker pros or seasoned vets. If you expect to make anywhere near $200k within your first 24 months - you will be mistaken. Old tech, works fine for some orgs. Fighting to earn stock that is down 20%+ YTD.

Great company but unfair practices in my market with reps and opportunities / partnerships . Low budget which makes it difficult to meet new partners and do prospecting drops

This was a great job to introduce you to the HCM industry great training. But they drop the ball when it comes to equal opportunity. Territory and Broker Relationships are not equally divided.
