Backbook AEs focus on selling direct card processing via Braintree, BNPL messaging, Risk as a service, etc., to existing clients, which is easier but dependent on green space in portfolio. Long sales cycle.

They requested reps to stick with them while they make the appropriate pay changes. It’s now 2025 and goals have yet to be adjusted.
