Former Employee3.4May 9, 2024Change was constant and erratic. If we missed a number the reaction was emotional and swift. I do not think the CEO is equipped to lead them where he wants to go (was amazing to this point but out of his depth). Whole space has become a "nice to have".

CEO made a statement about removing one of their core values “respect life outside of work” referencing if you aren’t willing to work long hours and weekends then this is no longer the place for you.
