Pros: Great leadership and energy, building out a strong global GTM. Very high salary. Work with large global logos. Really inspiring leaders, especially at C-level and across entire GTM org. Despite itself, Pendo is not able to navigate or support large enterprise deals. As a rep, you don't have an account team. You don't have leadership support. And while there's some decent first line managers, its stops there. You will work more hours, and put in more effort than any other job you've ever had.
