Current Employee Pros:
Great leadership and energy, building out a strong global GTM.
Very high salary. Work with large global logos.
Really inspiring leaders, especially at C-level and across entire GTM org. You get the sense we have enough talent & leadership to accomplish anything.
Cash. Huge commission % and bonus structure.
Cons:
Commoditized market. Insane level of competition & customers cannot tell the difference between products 1/10 the cost.
Constantly losing to dirt cheap competition, new logos are very hard to win.
Product isn't as strong as it once was, new modules are launched before they're ready and adopted by almost no one.
Going through constant re-orgs, especially within CS and Support -- as a seller, expect to spend tons of time keeping customers happy.
Product needs lots of integration & setup work, the professional services team is incredibly expensive & delivers the same generic onboarding and training.
