Current Employee Heavy, heavy upsell focus with aggressive and unrealistic targets, but you get no fruits for your labour driving these numbers. Leadership has no faith in their people and consistently leverages useless meetings with condescending tones to 'drive the business.' Favortism in management has consistently resulted in less skilled employees being elevated while more skilled employees are overlooked. Unfortunately, it has only gotten worse with time and while the product is great, the culture has heavily soured. You're better off taking a full sales role so your efforts can at least translate to something tangible since this is now a sales role with Client Success lipstick.
